Griptape Designs

I've seen some pretty cool stuff drawn onto griptape, but I cut designs into my tape before i put it on and it turns out pretty cool. I was wondering if anyone else does this?

ive seen this its a waste imo its not gonna last forever or anything and its not like you can reuse griptape

i get chalk and write in

I just carve words into my griptape and coulour them in. works fine for me.

i think its a waste of time. your griptape gets worn out and dirty so you cant even see it anymore. regular griptape is fine.
