depends what you skate and depends how good you are if youre really good you can adapt easily but going from super hard stfs to 98a is horrible they wont slide at all

It's subjective, really. To me wheels can make a world's difference, since I primarily skate transistions and such at faster speeds.

aslong as they aren't super cheap or plastic you should be good

if you use a big wheel in the back and smaller in the front you can ollie higher
