With AWS (Alien workshop, for you idiots out there)? I've gone through Enjoi, Toy Machine, Expedition one, and I'm thinking of switching to AWS, just to try it out. Thoughts?

try one out for yourself matey.
I have one I used for pool for a few months, and I didnt think much of it. soon as I started rolling it on street-park, I felt how great a board it is. To me it seems Habitat are shaped a bit more pointy nosed for technical... stuff, while AWS (Alien Work-Shop) are a bit wider for hammers.
seems like a very very good board... sorry washington man!

Yes I can agree with this. I had a Danny Garcia 7.5. A ton of concave. I had an Omar Salazar 8.0 from Alien Workshop. It had alot of pop and was good in its prime. I think it chipped pretty fast but eh it wasn't a big deal. All boards chip lol.

I've had a few back in the day, all slick bottoms, they were durable as all hell, but heavy.
Perfectly fine though and I tore shit the fuck up on them, although the brand does somehow seem lame to me, like I don't want another one. Probably just because in my town growing up they were everywhere in the shops and heaps of people had them, especially newbs, so it got to a point where all the older skaters were going well out of their way to not get an aws.
But realistically they're perfectly good decks.

I'd stick with a Toy Machine or go to a Habitat. But Alien Workshops are decent.
