I feel like I'm losing my grasp of the English language

This has been happening for around two or three months now, and it's been getting worse. I no longer feel like I have the ability to write above the first grade level, I constantly rethink phrases I use and wonder if they are actual phrases or if I just made them up. The same thing happens with words, I feel like my vocabulary has shrunk significantly.

Meh. I'm thinking it may have to do with not getting enough water or something, maybe it's because we haven't written in my English class for months, I don't know, but I'm freaking out.
