After some debating on the other forums I think I've come up with the ideal setup:

Girl Koston Red #1 Deck -8.0
Bones STF 52mm
Independent Stage 9 Low Trucks
FKD Sawblade Bearings
Shorty's Hardware
Jessup Grip

I wouldn't say that's the "ideal" board setup. I guess the deck is alright. I've heard Girl's skate decent. If I were you I would get a Deluxe board (Antihero, Krooked, Real) or a Kayo Board (Organika, DGK, Expedition One.

I would change the trucks to Independent Stage 10's, Thunders, or Ventures.

Bearings from FKD to Bones or SKF or Modus.

And get some MOB or Black Magic for griptape.

i hated jessup so much.
and i would get bones reds because there pretty cheap
and bones is a great company

as long as u get wider trucks that suit 8 boards it will be illin

139s for indys and i think thunders are 5.25s for 8's or bigger.

ill setup, and sawblades are better than reds good choice there. Girls are average, kayo, dlx or creature is the way to go.
