They are like grimey as hell and will barely move how can i clean them?

uhhh, well your best bet is to find someones garage that is left open and grab some wd-40 and get a rag

I used some like Metal cleaner it said " It cleans the Gunk you don't want off any metal". Now there fine.

Yo!
Don't believe the metal cleaner hype, just soak them in paint thinner overnight and let them dry out while you're at school or smoething. You gotta lube it after that though so if your shop sells some speed cream or reflex lube then invest in it. If you're like me and clean your bearings every 3 or 4 months, then that whole bottle should last you long enough to pass on to your grandchildren

just take a rag wipe your bearings down take off the shields wipe as much of that off take paint thinner soak in that
