The side you can take off shouldn't look like a normal shield. If you really need to clean inside, just take one of the shields off and put that side in facing the wheel so no dirt gets in.

The side you can take off shouldn't look like a normal shield. The side you can take off will look different or the package will say they're removable, nothing hard about that. If you really need to clean inside, just take one of the shields off (Pop one of the normal shields off with a screwdriver) and put that side in facing the wheel so no dirt gets in. (The side that just had a shield removed should be put in first, so the open side is facing the wheel.)
I don't think that was that hard.

but if they re not removable is there any chance to destroy them?

If the shields are removable, you can get them out with a paper clip or a safety pin.

Removable shields are plastic, at least on Bones. If they're not removable, there is a chance you can destroy them by taking a nonremovable shield out. Just don't over handle the bearing when you take them out of the wheel and keep the shielded side facing out when they're in the wheel. I think you should be good with that.

If they're plastic they're removable, so you'll be fine. If they're metal let em be.
