Yeah definately they're just as fast as high quality ABEC 7's.

Reds will be like every other China bearing, and those so called "ABEC 5" bearings.

ABEC means nothing for skatebooard bearings, so there is no reason to buy a higher ABEC. And even if ABEC mattered, you wouldn't know the difference because just about all bearings lie about their ABEC. They get China bearings (which are only ABEC 1) for about 12 cents each, put them in kid friendly packages, and write the highest ABEC they can think of on the package.

If you want good quality bearings, try either Bones Swiss, Super Swiss six, or if you want the absolute best, tryRons Rockets. (www.californiabearing.com/skate.htm)

redz are not crazy fast mine spun for 10 seconds but the good thing is there really easy to clean and will last you a long time and dazedandc. is right they have abec 12s that arent great.

Spinning them with your hand proves absolutely nothing. The real test is on ground. Sometimes the wheel that spins the longest, is not the wheel that spins the fastest on ground.

ABEC 12? The highest rating is ABEC 9. Is there actually a bearing that markets as ABEC 12?

lol... your reds must suck.. My reds spun for 2 mins.. and I've never cleaned them yet. (1 month)..

Reds are good. So are Swiss and Swiss 6balls.

Just get them.

They manufacture abec 12's and 15's, but they aren't made for skateboarding.
