It's all about preference. I have size 11 feet and I skate an 8, but my brother has size 12 feet and likes 7.75. You just have to try both out and see which you like better.

7.75-8.25. If you want faster flips and better height, get a skinnier deck, if you want more control, get a wider deck.

no i had an 8 it sucked way too wide barely any flip im size 11 i skate 7.6 but its about preference my friend whose a size 12 skates 7.5

8 and above. erik ellington has size 11's and he skates a 8.5, i need to find me one of them 8.5 deathwishes. lutzka is size 11 too but he skates 8s

wider boards give you more support (ollie 180s, landing tricks) but smaller boards can do tricks easier but make it harder to land.
