it cleans grip tape. where do they sell it?

I've heard from a couple people that it doesn't work.

CCS used to have....I dunno about now though, been a year since i bought anything from there.

my friend got it and it works but you have to get really aggressive with it. it doesn't get stains out but believe it or not it cleans grip and somehow makes it grippier.
