Well, I'm writing a book about how much they suck. Its getting published hopefully in October 09. Its bigger than Harry Potter 4.

I broke it off this drop trying to tre flip it, the nose broke clean off haha...
I loved that deck though.

i mean, even my friend mike who snaps decks alot and does alot bigger shit than i do, he tried one and loved it, and our shops decks are like carbon copies of aliens, and cheaper, but regardless, i love their shape and feel, and i dont snap decks so that doesnt factor in for me

hahahaha omg, I have footy from today of my friend doing a front feeble to AWS snap, shit was 4 days old.

I TOO, will never skate another AWS, seriously, they feel fucking flimsy in the middle.

everytime i see one in the shop the paint is always cracked all over and it looks ugly. they are tanks though sometimes. like i've skated some that are super weak, then others that are light and stiff, and they don't chip. aliens are weird...

i got the aws kalis soilder series deck for my b day in may and it lasted a week it got a chip fast like the size of a dime had to get rid of it =[

I think if they took all the graphics off decks to make a blind test, we'd be very suprised at te results. the decks we thought were good (alien, krooked, anti-hero, real) would often end up at the bottom. most people who ride those brands swear by em and when they break, they blame themselves rather than the product. but if they snap a shit brand, they blame it on the deck. it's all the advertising and reputation of the deck brands.

basically, most decks are the same, so just see what works for you. I personally know many ppl who've had anti-hero's and real's that've died real fast from stupid shit, but they blame themselves, and I realised they just arent that great boards. I think most boards will snap about the same though.

I find them satisfactory. They're not the strongest, but they're definetetly not bad. If given the choice, I'd probably choose a different deck over AWS, but if I had to skate one I'd be happy with it.

I liked my alien workshop it lasted for a while, but it did get bad razortail and half the nose is gone now but thats because of the way I used to land shit when I messed up.
