i have two problems from geometry that i need help on.
i need a counterexample of "if the product of two numbers is even, the two numbers must be even."
and another counerexample, "the square root of a number x is always less than x "
PLEASE HELP
"if the product of two numbers is odd, then those two numbers must be odd"
" the result of x squared is always more than x"
i dont know shit about geometry lol

converse: if the two numbers are even, the product of the two numbers is even
contrapositive: if the two numbers are not even, then the product of the two numbers is not even
Edit: inverse: if the product of two numbers is not even, then the two numbers are not even

its pretty self explanitory just read the sentence "if the product of two numbers is even, the two numbers must be even" just write out a formula
5 x 2 = 10
is 5 and even number, no, when multiplied by 2 is the product an even number yes. Thus you have disproven the following statment

Trust American's to try and teach a geometry theory by giving you questions about the counter-theory.
Backward-flippin-nation.
