Sorry for the generic thread but I have only one friend who skates and need some info, i'm getting a new deck and am torn between girl, alien work shop and hook-ups(NOT for graphics, I just heard some good things about them).
So if you wouldnt mind saying which one I should get and why that would be great.

nope they are not, ive skated both. They do feel different. And some of the girl signature decks are shaped wierd.

Its very strange how everyone used to think used to think girl decks were godly, but now a lot of people don't like them.

And now even more people say chocolates are better just because of what a couple of people said in a deck thread.

People need to have their own opinions, instead of following what everyone else says.

i never thought girl decks were great, they are an ok deck, chocolates are nice though. I like skating them. And i base my opinions on what i have skated or what my friends have skated.

Well I have never had a Girl deck, but from what I have seen of a friends girls deck they seem to chip easily. I had an Alien Workshop and it took quite awhile before it started chipping and getting razor tail so between the two I would say Alien Workshop.
