They're supposed to be really really good, but not worth the price.

Hell no. It's just hard to make a skateboard deck that's actually worth $100. It still runs out of pop and all, just slower.

not worth 100, from the reviews and stuff ive read it looks like they are barely better than other decks. Just get a foundation fiberlam if you want a long lasting deck. they are only 60.

I bet uberlights is just a marketing ploy.

that means they threw some shitty ass trucks and wheels onto an expensive deck and charged an extra 50 bucks for it.

They are only a bit better than a regular deck. i don't think its worth it because they lose pop, slowly but they still do, and since it costs the same as two decks, i recommend you just by two regular decks, then you get fresh pop again after the first one wears out. They feel different too, you can feel the carbon fiber and the deck feels less wooden and more metal-ish, you might like it or might not...They have quite a nice shape too, but i don't use mine any more since i'm hooked on 8" decks now. In terms of strength, yes they are stronger, but the carbon fiber initially is brittle, so you're not supposed to skate it on stairs for a while. The woods a little bit chippy too, but i think thats just dwindle. It really depends on how much money you've got. If you want it go for it, but don't spend all your money on it, thinking it will miraculously teach you tons of new tricks
