Blueprints are excellent, and in my experience are a lot better than blanks, so get a Blueprint.

Popwar - They have a good reputation, but as your from the UK, its gonna be on the pricey side, same as a Baker, except for I've heard Baker's have good boards and bad boards. Some will feel as strong as a redwood, and others as weak as a hobos house in winter. As far as UK decks are concerned, Blueprint, Death, East, Third Foot, Cliche, Creme and Fracture are all reputable brands at low prices. As far as I'm concerned though, the only way forward are the blanks from skateshop24 as they are strong and last just as long as any other brand name deck at half the price. Here are a few links to skate shops that may help: www.ss20.com www.rollersnakes.co.uk www.routeone.co.uk www.skateshop24.com
