Almost or Girl

i might get a new deck soon.

i have a Girl deck right now, and it's pretty good

but if i'm getting a new deck what should i get?

the almost board is $24.99 and the girl is $39.99

are almost decks good, i've heard they're alright?

I don't know about almost, but Girl decks are great, they have good durability, great pop (nose and tail), and have a nice shape. Do some research/ask around because it's all up to you dude.

Why I Like Almost:
Medium concave
Super Pop(lost pop after 3 months)
Strong ( hard as hell to break)
Nice Shape(Nose is bigger. It feels weird at first but you get used to it)

Why I dislike Girl:
The concave was good.
Not as pop as almost
There strong
The shape ugh.(The tail is wide and square. The Nose is very skinny and round.)
It feels heavy to me

The Girl I'm talking about is Brandon Bieble Purple Logo 7 5/8(??? not exacttly sure)

You're skating it with the tail as nose or what? My nose is always big and steep how it should be.
It feels heavy to me
Thats only the first week if you grind much.

I had an almost and it lost all it's pop after two weeks of skating,
I have a girl and it's chipping but i still have a lot of pop on it and it's lasted me two months
I HIGHLY recommend the girl

well im gunna say almost, the one i had was great, (The haslam one with 8 layers and the thick stripes across the board) nice pop, wicked hard to break (lasted me over a month of doing sets) and i loved the shape and concave.

Facts about Girl
-Made of Chinese wood
-Longest lasting pop
-Wide Round medium-mellow nose, small mellow tail
-Weight...pshh who gives a fuck about a few more ounces than other decks...weight aint shit.

I had a great experience with girl, i'm glad i traded my brand city for a used Girl.
The board had razor tail when i got it. Sexier pop than my brand new city.
I skated in the rain my with Girl, still has a crisp pop. It has a few pressue cracks but to me, those are cosmestic wear and tear.

Yes almost can be good but why is there so much price difference between girl and almost?
If you want a really good deck i would recommend u the girl

my friend gave my a used almost, it was great ,the shape , concave , and the graphic was good,,, it got ran over by a golf cart, and golf carts are pretty heavy cuz they got like 12 batteries in them ,it didnt budge at all,so almost to me is great , im gettin anotha one, but its all about personal preference, which one do you know for a fact that you would like and is good for u, that is the one u shold get

I've never personally skated a girl deck, but i have an almost and its still damn good since the day i got it over 5 months ago. Its lost a little pop but i still reccomend them
