i heard somewhere that if you froze your wheels a week before you skated them they last a lot longer.

Yeah, they get way harder.

until they defrost, where they return back to their normal hardness.

Putting wheels in the freezer is about as useful as sticking your dick in a bucket of ice cream.

omg this is like the 100th thread that has asked this... when you freeze your wheels it will get harder, but only for a short time, you cant permafrost (or w.e.) them. And when you put your bearings in there its about 10x harder to get it in. If you ask me its a waste of time, but if you decide to do it, make a thread with your results comparing frozen vs. non-frozen wheels.

I bet if i froze my sheckler stf's, it wouldn't feel much different from my padlock stf's.
