I am very versatile when it comes to music(if that makes sense). I met some new and different people yesterday and they started playing indie music and I have never heard any of that kind of music before but i liked it. So yeah I am a new fan of indie music

Wessels is a modest mouse.

(It isn't supposed to make sense. I just Wessels sounded like a name for a mouse)

No it doesn't.

Don't get me wrong i LOVE their old stuff. They are my fav band.

But their new stuff is actually pretty good. It took a slightly different direction but it's still good. I love float on and some of the songs on Good news. Nothing wrong with that. People always say that old [Insert band her] is better than their music now. It's a tired old fucking cliche and people think that's the case with every band.

get over it
things become cliche when they are proven true so often
such is the case

there's like 2 good songs on both of their last cd's, compared to lonesome crowded west which doesn't have a single bad song.

no it's actuality a law of nature. Once a band gets old you either one get bored of hearing the same thing because everyone copies their style, or they completely change their style to market to the mainstream crowd.

PRP is not indie. He's electronic. If you call PRP indie, so is Owl City.
