What is your favorite solo on any instrument?

I'd have to say Eddie Van Halen-Eruption, that is just fucking mind blowing.

My god, Van Halen? Are you serious?

I like the sax solo in "We Will Fall Together" by Streetlight Manifesto.

what the fuck's wrong with Van Halen?

The fact that he has very little talent.

Talentless? No.

Overrated? Most definitely.

Mine is the guitar solo in Paul Gilbert's "The Curse of Castle Dragon".

Probably either, The Fall of Troy - Act One, Scene One OR Mouth Like Sidewinder Missiles or the solo in Cemetery Gates.

The instrumental Glasgow Kiss from John Petrucci's solo album Suspended Animation. It made me really get into guitar playing, and I still love it.

You are crazy.

Eddie Van Halen is just classic, he's nothing compared to many many guitarists. Look at Joe Satriani's, Petrucci's and Gilbert's vids. He's good though.

Screw the Van Halen thingy, I'd prolly have to say my favorite is any of the Apocalyptica song.

I can't beleive someone can do stuff like that on a cello.
