it dosent really matter for a begginer, when u get better u noe wut u like and u can pick a specific brand. just get venture or indpendents

to practice get soft trucks, if you need something light try phantoms. but i recommend what i ride, royals, i had krux's they are heavy, destructo, personally are for people that like riding tight trucks.
