I just bought a Baker, not even 3 weeks ago.
And I was looking at it today, I noticed a large line going through the top of the grip.
It may either be a huge pressure crack, or just crappy grip.
I can't take a picture, seeing as how the quality would be too bad. But, any ideas on what it must be?

My mystery is like that.
I think it's just the ammount of concave bends the grip making the lines, or some idiot folded the grip before he put it on

yeah, maybe the top resin split and the sides worked themselves out. it might be a defect with the glue and woodgrain

dont worry about it unless you see more pressure cracks develop prematurely. and try to land on your bolts.

Are your trucks on too tight? Are you landing on bolts?
If you don't mind being a little higher you can get risers

if it affects your skating, get a new doeck or send it back to baker maybe.
if not, just deal with the ugliness and skate it like a woman,
