there just wheels....nothing more nothing less. if there hard theyll hurt your feet from landings but wont be worn down as easy. get soft wheels excellent ride but wear down fast and get flat spots.

They're good. I got a same kind of wheel for 30 dollars once. but it was expensive. 9.99 is good, go get them. Or are you talking about the clear wheels? If so, no.
