Holes drilled wrong...

I'm pretty sure the holes for my back truck are fucked up. My baseplate is never straight and when I put the screws in, they go crooked. Has this ever happened to anyone? I got my deck from ccs and I better get a fucking new one.

happened to me before.
but it wasnt a big deal because it was only one hole. and it was BARELY crooked. just took a but longer to get the screw through the deck and the truck.
