100% right. I would pay the extra money for the great support. They aren't some regular main stream skate shop. If you e-mail them they will talk in regular language not some fancy professional style. They are my top favorite online stores. They always got crazy sales going on.

They're based in San Luis Obispo, so if I order early morning monday, I can receive it afternoon on Tuesday.

Not so many things available, but the service makes up for that. Indefinitely.
