For the very brief time iv been hear, iv seen tons and tons of "Where can i get cheap decks"
Well, to answer your question: YOU CANT.
Either go to wall mart and buy your deck, or buy a blank. Any decent pro or am deck will be at a high(er) price. Or, you can get a paypal account and buy it from eBay. (paypal is the easiest way)
If you want a list of Pro or Am decks that have fairly good prices then i will make one. Just ask me.
