Wheel problem

I recently changed bearings. the problem is that they dont get stuck in the wheel, they come out with a light tap on the wheel. they're also pretty slow, as my brother has abec5 bearings and his wheels spin for almost two minutes (my bearings are abec7 and have already been skated about 2 weeks)
