Are Flip decks any good?

My local shop is selling a Flip deck at the reduced price of £15. I don't particularly need a new deck just now, but at that price, I might just buy it and keep it until I do. So, I was just wondering - As a rule, are Flip decks any good?

watch out because a shop was selling them really cheap near me but i found out they were doing it cos the wood was old
