I'm taking biology and we finished organelles a little while ago.
The endoplasmic reticulum (nice job on the spelling, btw) receives and sends molecules from one part of the cell to another part. Smooth endoplasmic reticulum is usually not around the nucleus and has no ribosomes, rough endoplasmic reticulum does have ribosomes and tends to surround the nucleus.

Ribosomes are small circle shaped objects that use RNA (ribonucleic acid) to produce specific proteins. I could go on about how RNA is made, but you won't be getting into that for a little while.

for the ER, could u compare it to a company
ex.: boss compares to the nucleus
do u get my drift, if u could thanks

im just makin a guess, is RNA multiples of ribosomes

Jeez, just edit your posts. That's what it's for. The Endoplasmic Reticulum is like a train, sending goods back and forth along train tracks.
RNA is ribonucleic acid, and is not made of multiples of ribosomes. I didn't know what the ER was when I started my biology class at the beginning of the school year, so odds are you'll get into RNA sometime soon.

Biology blows... worst science class ever.

Biology is great, haha. The teacher I had was really awesome, he'd show us the test and have us go over the answers the day before the test n' stuff. Then he got diagnosed with some sort of cancer, so he brought in a sub that would teach most like his style. No way, probably the closest in the science department, but not at all like his teaching style. Her tests are just ridiculous. I did pretty well because I'm a very organized note taker, even though I missed one of her lectures. Actually, I probably missed her most important lecture. We were done with organelles like 2 months ago almost, college material goes by quick. We just took a test on stuff including RNA, how ribosomes are made, different types of RNA, transcription and translation. All of that shit.
