i've decided to get a deck bigger than 7.5. what i'd like to know now is if i should get a 7.75 or 7.6. keep in mind my toes scrape the ground when i land, so 7.6 might be too small still, but i also suck at fliptricks, so 7.75 might be too big. i'm definitely getting either 7.6 or 7.75 though. please tell me which i'd be better off with by my description. thanks in advance.

maybe your trucks are too too loose. 7.75 is perfect. whats your shoe size?

10. and i skate medium-tight trucks, so it's not the trucks. i just have trouble balancing on a tiny little stick. that's why i'm getting a bigger deck. so 7.75 still flips like a 7.5?

performance is what you make of it. some people can do crazy shit on a 10 inch board or a 7 inch board or anywhere in the middle. as far as brands, even they are not always consistent. you can buy one board and it lasts a year, the same next time and it breaks in a day.

I decided to go up with the size too, but before the 7.75 i got a 7.6. I didn't wanna just jump a quarter of an inch. It seemed more rational to me. If you're not a big guy you could just stick to 7.6, it's your choice. I'm 6 feet 3 inches tall and wear size 12 (american) shoes, 7.75 is perfect for me.

it is actually better to practice flip tricks on a bigger bulkier board so then if you land it on that, then on smaller decks it is way easier. thats what i did and it worked

i have size 10 feet too and i skate a 7.75 its quite comfy, I'd recommend it

ive had the same problem and i opted for a 7.625 and it was perfect compromise between a small deck and a big deck. a 7.75 is really really big so it would be harder to flip and im sure u wouldnt like it and since your having a problem with 7.5 i strongly suggest a 7.625. trust me it will work out for u that way. i had the same problem.

I voted 7.75..

You have big feet (like me) and the bigger board helps me allot, So I think it will be better for you to.

Im 5'5 115lbs and wear a size 9.5 (american). I always skated a 7.5, but I wanted a Bamboo Habitat and all they had was 7.75. I got it an its perfect! So I think a 7.75 will do good for you.

7.75's give nice board control and clean tricks. Someone whos more advanced would usually ride a big board.

I like 7.63, i wear size 8/8.5 american. I also really like 7.75s but I find it hard to tre with those. I wish they made 7.65s or something in between 7.75 and 7.63. I think AWS has 7.69, you might wanna check that out.

Wide decks are nicer. 7.75-8 is the best sizes. 7.625 is aight, but still a bit thing for me, 7.5 is a stick to me. My feet are 9-10 (UK) so its like 10-11 (US). Theres no difference in the flippin and shit for different sizes, just get used to it. Foot positioning, the strength of the flick etc will do. 7.77-8 is also more comfortable to ride, just get to cruise and fuck around, much betta than some shitty 7.5-7.6
