Durability: 9.5/10

- Awesome shoe for durability. I’ve been skating these pretty hard (2-3 hours a day) for two months and they look like this.

The shoe is advertised as having a special message or some bullshit like that once you tear through the additional layer of black material but I haven’t even come close to tearing through that yet so I’m sure these shoes will last me much longer. After two months the only noticeable rip is the single one on the side from ollies. Even then it isn’t close to going through the leather, so I’m very pleased with the durability so far. The only two things that prevent this shoe from getting a perfect ten is the bottom grip of the shoe and the lace protection, or lack of. The bottom grip didn’t wear down until recently but its enough to bring it down slightly. The laces tearing are a result of there being no protection at all for them, but I’ve only had to replace them once so far and they only cost like 5 bucks so who really gives a shit; again, not a big deal.

Board Feel: 8/10

-Really good board feel, but it takes a while to get used to it. However, once you do you’ll find that it is a very sturdy shoe that gives you good cushioning without sacrificing board feel. At fist, the shoe is very stiff and really hard to break in. I almost had doubts about this shoe when I first tried it on. But, like most leather shoes, once u break it in it feels great. The toe on this board is pretty curved comparing it to the other shoes I’ve had. The curving though gives you pretty good flick and good board control. When u take this shoe right out of the box and skate it, expect to be a little surprised. The design and feel of it is very different from most other shoes and takes a little bit of time to get used to.

Comfort: 7/10

-At first, this shoe seems very stiff and uncomfortable, but once broken in it feels like a good fit and has great board feel without sacrificing cushioning and support. For some reason, it felt like once side of the shoe was slightly higher than the other side, ( I don’t know, might just be me) but this gives you pretty solid ankle support so you wont be rollin’ that sucker when you’re trying to nail that trick at that spot that you’ve always wanted to do. And although they are marketed as lows, and they almost are, they feel more like mids which isn’t a bad thing.

Look/Style: 10/10

-These babies are fresh as hell. I love the way they look. I always have people come up to me and say “Yo those shoes are sick”. They’ve got a really cool sort of new look to them. I highly recommend getting the color way I did (black white and red). The contrast between all three make the shoes stand out and look really cool. Also, the white leather is sick and just feels nice when you touch it.

Overall: 9.5/10

-These shoes are possible the best pair I’ve ever had. I love the way they look, feel, and skate. Plus they are super durable. All of these points make for a shoe that rides well, has good board feel, and looks sick, but won’t rip up in two weeks. As I mentioned, I’ve been skating these for two months and they’ve barely ripped. And, when you buy these you get to support a great company, and a great independent artist. AND, these shoes were only 60 dollars. So, you can get a great shoe that’ll last you for many months, but has great boardfeel for a cheap 60 dollars. In the end, I HIGHLY recommend these shoes to everyone. Go out to your local shop and buy a pair and I’m sure you’ll be VERY pleased.

I want to see the other side of the shoe. the side that actually touches the grip tape.
EDIT: nvm I saw your other thread. those are nice for two months.

It was a very good review, so I added this for him. Unfortunately, I can't edit this post (because it's not mine) so I can't put the link in. Only him, a mod, or an admin can, and he hasn't been on yet

ew! DO NOT get the kost-ones i hated them. the toe cap ripped completely through within two weeks, they were very stiff, not good board feel, and they had like no padding at all.

I second this. Mine sucked dick, I had to stop skating them because of how pathetic they were.
