First...put your feet like a regular Ollie so you can get the proper spin in the Heelflip. now start to Heelflip but try to turn your body BS just as you start to flick your foot. try to bring your \r\narms close to you so you can spin faster. once you notice you've done a 180, put your feet down and land on the board. took me a while to learn...bout 2 months. Once you have Heelflips down it should be pretty easy to learn, especially if you can do a B/S 180 Heelflip.

ok a disco flip is another name for sex change. and a sex change is a kickflip OR heelfip with a 180 body varial. what U are thinking of is a disco fingerflip. do NOT get disco flips confused with disco kickflips...disco kickflips is when the flip is vertical (as if the board were spinning on its tail)
