This is a really easy trick to do. Just ollie up but don't drag too much, land your back foot on the ground, your front foot should be in the air, catch the board with your front hand. Jump of your back foot and acid drop back onto the board.

no tryin to be mean or anythin but can u actually sk8 cause all the tricks uve put in their isnt a sing sequence or video just wonderin

is a bonless the same thing cause i thought a bonless was pretty much the same thing as a foot plant but with your front foot

how do you people not understand.... when you ollie.. ASSUMING YOU KNOW HOW!! take your back foot off, even when not doing a foot plant, it helps you get higher... so, PLANT your FOOT on the ground and you'll get a little extra hieght... then you just jump of your foot... your bboard should still be angled a bit so your back foot can hop back on and then w/ your front foot, continue to slide, the tail will snap to your back foot and you should land it like a normal ollie... by the way... damn, who gets on here to look up a trick and doesn't even know what an ollie is?
