Fakie pivot rock FS/BS bigspin

Alright guys, it's been awhile since I've written any content, since I haven't really had the chance to skate since no one's been around. Anyway, back in October, me and some friends got deep into mini-ramp skating, which is about as fun as skating can get. Today, I will try to teach you one of my favorite moves of all time, great for showing off (ladies?)

So, first, I'll go ahead and teach you BS big out, since they are somewhat easier. First, you'll want to know:
Fakie pivot rock to fakie
Fakie pivot Rock N' Roll
Bigspins (duh)

So, after taking a few warm up runs and making sure all of these moves are locked up, go for it. Ride up fakie and pivot at the near top of the ramp. Make sure you're not going to fast and get in switch nosepick or something, because then you're screwed. As your front truck reaches over the coping, stomp it down. And I mean stomp it. Make sure you're stable up there and not just hanging on by a thread. If you've correctly locked in, you should be quite stable at the top. Here's the hardpart. Kick back your back foot to scoop the board into the spin and allow your body to freely turn the 180. Hopefully, you'll still be centered over the board. Stomp the board back down and lean FORWARD. I can't stress this enough. If you don't lean forward, you WILL smash. If you've caught correctly and leaned forward enough, congratulations, you've just landed a fakie pivot rock to BS bigspin.

Troubleshooting:

I can't balance on the coping:
Center your weight and flatten your backfoot. Make sure your ball of your foot is approximately 3/4 the way down the tail and only slightl in from the center. This will give you the best balance. Also, don't lean too far back or forward. If you do, you WILL stay off balance. Most importantly, don't be scared. Fear will cause most of your problems in almost all types of skating. Remember, bailing on miniramp is a guaranteed smash. If you're going to fall, atleast make it worth while.

I can't get a good scoop/ board won't stay under me:
Once again, have your ball of your foot 3/4 way down the tail and slightly in from the center. This is the ideal location, unless you find a sweeter spot. Now, the best thing to remember is that it's just a bigspin. So do it like you're doing it on flat. Watch your board and commit.

FS:

So you got your BS's on lock, right? Park sluts are all over your ass and your friends are making deals with the devil to be like you. That's because you're hardcore. We all know that, because you're the manliest of all men and your penis is 18 inches long, amirite? Alright, Dr. Badass, now it's time to kick it up, you pussy.

Alright, so you'll once again want to do your little pivot to rock and stomp your self into balance. Set your back toes in about the middle lenght of the tail and have them right about on the edge facing your back. Scoop it forward as hard as you can while body varialing FS. Trust me, it's harder to get a good scoop, but Front bigs stay under your feet much better. Make sure you're watching your board. Stomp it down and lean forward. There you have it. You now have both Bigs out of a fakie pivot rock. You must be popular at school and have a supermodel all over your dick, amirite?

Troubleshooting:

I can't get it to spin fast enough:
Use your body varial as help for your board's rotation. Not just your back foot. You have momentum. Using your body to help the board rotate will help both staying over the board and getting a good rotation.

So there you have it, the kids at the park are staring in awe and you have never been prouder. Okay, big shot, now try fakie big in.

You roll up to the coping fakie, pivot around into a rock position, and either f/s or b/s bigspin out.

I thought it was a really hard trick until I realized what it actually was. Sounds like an ugly looking trick.

Don't use the word "pivot" it's misleading . More like fakie revert to rock bigspin out.
